Malcolm, I was literally only trying to make sure you knew you didn't have to report to me when things go wrong. With the whole... boss of counseling idea, I wanted to make sure you weren't looking at me like a supervisor who's going to give you a poor evaluation.

You're my best friend. If you're having trouble and you want to talk about it, I want to talk about it. I just don't want you to think you have to.
