Norton watches with a small frown between his brows as the anklet is put on. He'd heard Neal talk about it before, but he'd never seen one, and the idea of it--monitoring Neal at all times--makes him uneasy. But at least it's over quickly and once the cuff of Neal's trouser is back down and they're riding the lift down, Norton can (almost) forget it's there.

He suspects Neal never forgets it's there. He squeezes Neal's hand back and returns Neal's smile with a mischievous grin of his own.
